Organizational Change Management Lead (Fashion Retail)

Role Overview
Organizational Change Lead will drive business readiness, adoption, and sustained value realization for fashion retail ERP, POS, and BI transformations. This is a business-side change leadership role; not an IT or technical position focused on leading end-to-end organizational change across stores, merchandising, supply chain, finance, and corporate teams. The role is centered on enabling adoption and embedding new ways of working into daily retail operations, rather than managing technical delivery or operational execution.
Key Responsibilities
Define and execute a change management strategy aligned to fashion retail operating models
Conduct change impact assessments across store operations, merchandising, planning, and finance
Align change activities to rollout waves, store pilots, and seasonal cycles
Develop and deliver role-specific communications for store teams, merchandisers, planners, and executives
Support leadership with change narratives, town halls, and executive messaging
Actively manage resistance in fast-paced retail environments
Lead business readiness assessments prior to go-live
Track adoption KPIs including training completion, system usage, and operational stability
Partner with business leaders to close readiness gaps
Define and execute role-based training strategies
Ensure training reflects real-world retail scenarios (pricing changes, promotions, inventory movement, returns)
Coordinate train-the-trainer and field enablement models
Support hypercare and stabilization activities
Capture feedback and drive continuous adoption improvements
Required Experience & Qualifications
8 12 years of Change Management experience in ERP or digital transformations
Direct experience in fashion or specialty retail (strongly preferred)
Proven success driving adoption in store-based and omnichannel environments
Experience working on-site with business teams in the USA
Preferred Certifications
Prosci, CCMP, or equivalent
Digital or Agile Change certifications (nice to have)
