Description

Serving Maryland and the Greater Washington D.C. area, SageCor Solutions (SageCor) is a growing company bringing complete engineering services and true full lifecycle System Engineering services to areas requiring (or desiring) nationally-recognized expertise in high performance computing, large data analytics and cutting edge information technologies.

Active TS/SCI w/ Polygraph required.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or a related discipline from an accredited college or university.
Minimum experience requirements:
Bachelor's degree: 18 years of relevant experience
Master's degree: 15 years of relevant experience
High school diploma or associate degree: 20 years of relevant experience
Experience developing products and/or managing engineering activities in software, systems, or technical development environments.
Demonstrated experience coordinating complex technical programs involving multiple Agile Release Trains, engineering organizations, or technical suppliers.
Strong understanding of Agile at scale, particularly the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), in a cyber-centric Department of Defense program environment.
Experience supporting DoD contracts, military programs, or other government technology initiatives.
Background in cybersecurity, cyber operations, information assurance, or related security disciplines.
Experience facilitating large-scale planning, execution, synchronization, and continuous improvement events.
Experience using enterprise collaboration and program management tools, including Jira and Confluence.
Strong communication, facilitation, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work effectively with engineering teams, program leadership, vendors, PMO personnel, and external cybersecurity organizations.
Demonstrated ability to take ownership, remain actively engaged, and drive issues to resolution.

SAFe Solution Train Engineer (STE)
SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE)
SAFe Practice Consultant SPC)
