Summary

Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a Sr. Project Manager for an opportunity with one of our premier clients in Neenah, WI.

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the client-side execution of a global IT/OT Network Segmentation Program spanning 19 manufacturing facilities across North America, EMEA, and APAC. This individual will serve as the primary representative for client, driving internal project governance, stakeholder alignment, risk management, and execution readiness while overseeing the technical migration associated with the deployment of Palo Alto Networks PA-1410 Next-Generation Firewalls at the Purdue Level 3/3.5 boundary. The role requires close collaboration with IT, OT, cybersecurity, manufacturing operations, and third-party partners to ensure successful implementation across all sites.
While the partner will provide a dedicated Project Manager responsible for firewall deployment scheduling and execution, this position will focus on coordinating client internal deliverables, managing site readiness, leading migration and cutover planning, and ensuring business continuity throughout the program. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience leading large-scale infrastructure, cybersecurity, or IT/OT transformation initiatives within manufacturing environments, with a strong understanding of network segmentation, industrial control systems, and global program management.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Organizational Change Management: Drive OCM efforts by acting as the primary liaison between our partner's deployment team, client's technical equipment managers, and plant-floor OT process engineers.
  • Communication & Risk Management: Run the overarching communication strategy and conduct comprehensive risk assessments for the continuous manufacturing environment to ensure zero unplanned downtime during the Layer 3 cutovers.
  • Migration Oversight: Coordinate the technical migration schedule with site leaders across 19 global facilities, ensuring cutovers occur within strictly planned change windows.
  • Internal Scope Governance: Oversee the critical security and compliance tasks that remain strictly under Client's ownership, such as managing IEC-62443-2-1 program controls (including policy and training) and governing third-party vendor remote-access policies.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • Senior-level project management experience, specifically leading global enterprise IT or OT infrastructure rollouts.
  • Strong background in organizational change management within heavy manufacturing or continuous production environments.
  • Proven ability to interface with both highly technical network security teams and plant-floor engineering personnel.
Familiarity with IT/OT convergence, zero-trust architecture, or IEC-62443 frameworks is highly preferred.
