Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Informatica ETL Developer with 12+ years of hands-on experience in Informatica PowerCenter, IICS, and ETL development. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in designing, developing, optimizing, and supporting complex ETL workflows and data pipelines.

The candidate should have strong knowledge of SQL, Unix/Linux, data warehousing, data validation, and production support. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain complex ETL workflows, mappings, and data pipelines using Informatica PowerCenter and IICS.
• Develop and optimize ETL processes for performance, scalability, and data quality.
• Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading from various source systems into target databases/data warehouses.
• Develop complex Informatica mappings, workflows, transformations, and related ETL components.
• Write and optimize SQL queries for data analysis, validation, and troubleshooting.
• Work with Unix/Linux environments for ETL execution, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Apply data warehousing concepts, including fact and dimension models.
• Perform source-to-target data validation and ensure data accuracy and completeness.
• Troubleshoot ETL failures, data issues, and production incidents.
• Support release management, deployment, and production support activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve ETL performance and overall data pipeline efficiency.
• Work independently with business and technical teams to drive deliverables to completion.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members when required.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of overall IT/ETL development experience
• Strong hands-on experience with Informatica PowerCenter
• Strong experience with Informatica IICS
• Extensive experience in ETL development
• Strong SQL skills
• Hands-on experience with Unix/Linux
• Strong understanding of Data Warehousing concepts
• Experience with Fact and Dimension models
• Experience with ETL performance tuning and optimization
• Strong experience in data validation and source-to-target reconciliation
• Experience in production support and issue resolution
• Experience with release management and deployment processes
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills

• Python experience is a plus.
• Experience working with large-scale data integration and data pipelines.
• Experience leading ETL development and delivery activities.
