Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Help Desk Analyst 4 to support a job applicant and employment background check program that utilizes criminal justice data. This role requires working onsite and interacting directly with employers to establish and maintain accounts.

The analyst will assist employers via email and phone, manage account setup, provide portal access, update user information, and deliver high-quality customer support.

Responsibilities

Support employer onboarding and account maintenance

Determine employer eligibility and create VSP accounts

Set up users and assist with access to employer ePortal

Update account and user information

Provide customer support via phone and email

Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions

Perform additional duties as assigned

Required Skills & Experience

8+ years of Help Desk / Technical Support experience

Advanced computer skills aligned with help desk operations

Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities

Ability to gather and analyze data to resolve issues

Excellent customer service skills

Strong verbal and written communication

Proficiency with Microsoft Office products:
Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook
