Role Summary

This role will support a large-scale enterprise technology modernization initiative by partnering with business stakeholders and project teams to gather and document business requirements, facilitate workshops, create user stories, and improve business processes. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, along with experience working in Hybrid Agile environments and supporting enterprise IT projects.

  • Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field
  • 5+ years of Business Analyst experience or a related role
  • 5+ years of experience with project management methodologies and tools
  • 5+ years of experience leading, facilitating, and motivating teams on medium to large-scale IT projects
  • 5+ years of stakeholder management experience
  • 5+ years of experience facilitating and leading requirements gathering sessions
  • 5+ years of experience creating User Stories
  • 5+ years of strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • 5+ years of SDLC experience, preferably in a Hybrid Agile environment
  • Advanced troubleshooting, analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to build productive working relationships across all organizational levels
  • 5+ years of successfully managing projects through completion
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities beyond routine responsibilities
  • High degree of independence, initiative, and intuition
  • Ability to remain composed under pressure
  • Experience with Software as a Service (SaaS) configuration, analysis, and troubleshooting of functional and basic technical components
