Overview:
We are seeking an experienced SCADA Developer / Senior Engineer to support industrial data acquisition, process monitoring, and system integration initiatives. This role involves both system development and ongoing operational support in a high-availability manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
· Design, develop, and implement SCADA systems
· Build and customize solutions using the Ignition platform
· Design PLC connectivity and data acquisition architecture
· Develop and design HMI/GUI interfaces
· Implement real-time monitoring and alarm systems
· Integrate SCADA with MES and ERP systems
· Perform troubleshooting and system performance optimization
· Provide Application Management Services (AMS) support
· Handle incident response and ensure system stability
Required Skills:
· 3+ years of experience in SCADA development
· Hands-on experience with Ignition platform
· Knowledge of PLCs (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, etc.)
· Experience in HMI/GUI development
· Strong knowledge of SQL and databases
· Understanding of communication protocols (OPC UA, Modbus, etc.)
Preferred Skills:
· Experience in manufacturing industry (especially energy or battery domain)
· Experience with MES/ERP integration
· Experience with Python or Java (Ignition scripting)
· Experience in Application Management Services (AMS)
· Experience supporting 24/7 production environments
· Business-level English communication skills
