Summary

Kinaxis Consultant

Job Summary
Responsible for the Authoring, configuration, optimization, software version upgrades, testing, and sustainment and support of Kinaxis Maestro solutions to meet client supply chain planning requirements. Work closely with team and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable planning solutions, support system enhancements, and ensure seamless integration with ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities

Configure and maintain Maestro applications, workbooks, dashboards, and data models supporting Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Capacity Planning, Inventory Management, MRP, and S&OP processes.
Support Kinaxis software release and version upgrade projects, including impact assessment, regression testing, deployment validation, and post-upgrade stabilization.
Ensure successful integration testing between Kinaxis and ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle applications.
Develop and execute unit, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate business requirements.
Troubleshoot system issues, provide hypercare and ongoing production support, and recommend continuous improvements.
Conduct end-user training and support user adoption of configured solutions.
Collaborate with project teams to deliver high-quality solutions and support project-related activities as assigned.

Required Qualifications & Skills

4-5+ years of experience in Kinaxis RapidResponse consulting, or support.
Strong knowledge of Supply Chain Planning processes, including Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Capacity Planning, Inventory Management, MRP, and S&OP.
Experience configuring Kinaxis Maestro applications, workbooks, dashboards, forms, scripts and data models.
Experience supporting software releases, version upgrades, and system enhancements.
Knowledge of ERP integrations (SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, testing, and troubleshooting skills.
Technical knowledge of JavaScript is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to business and technical stakeholders.
Results-oriented, adaptable, and collaborative professional with the ability to thrive in fast-paced project environments.
