Job Summary
We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Architect with 12+ years of professional experience and exceptional customer handling and stakeholder management skills. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience delivering Salesforce implementations for large manufacturing enterprises, acting as a trusted advisor to customers, and leading architecture discussions across business and technical teams.
This role demands deep expertise in manufacturing processes, after-sales service, case management, warranty and contract management, and enterprise-grade integrations with ERP and third-party systems.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Handling & Stakeholder Management
• Serve as the primary Salesforce architecture point of contact for customers and senior stakeholders.
• Lead customer workshops, requirement discovery sessions, and solution design discussions.
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions and clearly explain architectural decisions to non-technical stakeholders.
• Build long-term customer relationships and act as a trusted advisor throughout the engagement lifecycle.
Architecture & Solution Leadership
• Own the end-to-end Salesforce architecture for large, complex manufacturing implementations.
• Define solution architectures across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and related Salesforce platforms.
• Drive architectural governance, best practices, and design standards across programs.
Manufacturing Domain Expertise
Architect Salesforce solutions for manufacturing customer service and support models, including: Case Management & Escalations
Warranty & Claims Management
Contracts, Entitlements & SLAs
Dealer / Distributor Portals
Returns (RMA) and After-Sales Support
Align Salesforce solutions with manufacturing operational KPIs and service lifecycle processes.
Integration & Enterprise Systems
• Design and oversee integration between Salesforce and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and other third-party applications.
• Define integration strategies using REST/SOAP APIs, Middleware (MuleSoft, Boomi, etc.), Platform Events, and batch processing.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and performance across integrated enterprise systems.
