Radio Repair Technician
Location: Lanham Maryland (On-site)
Duration: 6 months (possible extension)
Pay Rate: $22/hr

Overview:
We’re looking for a Radio Repair Technician to repair, test, and maintain two?way radios. This is a great role for someone interested in electronics, RF systems, and hands-on technical work.

What You’ll Do:

Repair, program, and upgrade MSI two?way radios.
Set up and use test equipment to check performance.
Run tests, record results, and confirm equipment is working correctly.
Troubleshoot technical problems and follow documented repair steps.
Track and report test data (serial numbers, models, features, etc.).
Clean and prepare equipment for shipping.
Help improve repair speed and quality.
Support documentation and compliance requirements.
Complete training and work independently.
Help improve repair processes and accuracy.
Support proper documentation and compliance.
Learn our products and repair workflow.

What We’re Looking For:

Associate degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or similar experience.
Strong understanding of RF and electronics.
Knowledge of two?way radios and RF systems.
Comfortable using Windows and Google Suite.
Strong communication and documentation skills.
Team-oriented and detail-focused.
Experience in repair centers or customer service is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

Good mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
Experience repairing phones or laptops.
Familiarity with MSI products and basic computer hardware/networking.
Experience with Google Docs and Microsoft Excel.
