.NET Developer – IIoT

Position Overview

The Company is seeking an experienced .NET Developer to develop, enhance, and support its Prophecy product and other internal applications. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience with Microsoft .NET technologies, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently in a fully remote Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain applications using .NET, C#, Angular, and SQL Server.
• Gather requirements and collaborate with technical teams, customers, and stakeholders.
• Develop and integrate software components, APIs, and third-party applications.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and improve existing systems and business processes.
• Participate in Agile development, code reviews, testing, and customer acceptance.
• Maintain technical documentation and support basic server and networking activities.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of software development experience with Microsoft .NET technologies.
• Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, Angular, SQL Server, T-SQL, and Entity Framework.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, domain-driven design, automated testing, and Git.
• Knowledge of secure coding, software architecture, and backend development best practices.
• Strong communication, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines remotely.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with IIoT, MES, SCADA, or industrial automation.
• Familiarity with Open Automation Software, CloudSuite Industrial/SyteLine, or Mongoose Framework.
• Experience with cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and high-performance applications.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and Bootstrap.

Additional Requirements

• Ability to travel for customer meetings and onsite support as needed.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to perform computer-based work with reasonable accommodations where required.
