Top Requirements:

2. 8+ years of experience with Atlassian suite of tools, primarily JIRA, Atlassian Analytics and Confluence both a configuration standpoint and customization aspect ·
3. 5+ years of experience with Agile software development/FLOW Framework.
4. Utilize your knowledge of Agile principles to ensure Atlassian solutions support iterative development and continuous improvement. ·
5. Proficient experience utilizing JavaScript, JSP, SQL, Python and other programming languages.
6. Excellent scripting skills (e.g., Python, Groovy) to automate workflows and integrations including plugins. ·
7. Familiar with Configuration Management and CI Tools, such as Jenkins, SonarQube, Maven etc.

- Experience with integrating Atlassian products with other enterprise systems (e.g., CRM, ERP) is a plus. .
- Experience integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) with Jira to enable intelligent ticket classification, summarization, recommendation systems, and conversational interfaces. ·
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and troubleshoot Atlassian related issues. ·
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. ·
- Collaborate closely with different working streams and engineers.
- Maintain strong communication and understanding of cross-functional team needs to ensure Atlassian solutions align with broader business objectives. ·
- Ability to break down complex problems into actionable steps and get things done in a rapidly changing environment.
