Job Title: Application Developer - RDBMS

Location: Dallas, TX (Onsite)

Job Description:
We are seeking a strong-fit Application Developer - RDBMS with solid experience in SQL, PL/SQL, production support, and system integrations. The ideal candidate should have strong troubleshooting and analytical skills, experience supporting mission-critical applications, and prior exposure to utility or energy sector environments.

Required Technical Skills:
Strong hands-on experience with SQL and PL/SQL
Basic scripting/programming knowledge in Shell or Java is an added advantage
Experience with debugging, log analysis, and production support tools
Understanding of APIs, system integrations, and data flows
Familiarity with ticketing tools such as JIRA

Soft Skills:
Excellent communication skills, especially during high-severity incidents
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
Ability to work effectively under pressure in mission-critical environments
Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills

Nice-to-Have Skills:
Experience supporting utility clients or energy sector applications (preferred)
Exposure to monitoring tools, automation, and cloud platforms
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

Preferred Candidate Profile:
Strong production/application support background
Utility or energy domain experience highly preferred
Local to Texas candidates preferred
Comfortable working onsite in Dallas, TX
