Key Responsibilities\n
\n - Conduct thorough client assessments and utilize clinical judgment to analyze mental health statuses effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n
Your primary focus will be on youth and adult clients presenting with a variety of mental health challenges. You will work with individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, and substance use disorders, among other conditions. Your ability to establish a rapport and foster trust will be critical in your work. The goal is to empower clients by equipping them with tools for better emotional regulation and healthier coping mechanisms.
Qualifications\n
\n - A valid and current license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Oregon.
\n - A Master s degree in counseling, psychology, or a related field is required.
\n - At least five years of post-graduate experience working as a licensed professional counselor in a clinical setting.
\n - Strong knowledge of mental, emotional, and behavioral disorders with a proven ability to devise effective treatment strategies for diverse client concerns.
\n - Exceptional interpersonal skills, enabling the formation of trusting and collaborative relationships with clients and their families.

Preferred Experience\n
\n - Experience in providing therapy through telehealth platforms, including familiarity with online documentation and billing systems.
\n - Background in community outreach or engagement, particularly with youth and vulnerable populations.
\n - Familiarity with a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), or trauma-informed care.

Compensation and Benefits\n
The compensation for this role is competitive, with an annual salary ranging from USD 75,000 90,000, commensurate with your experience and qualifications. Additionally, we offer a sign-on bonus to help you integrate smoothly into our counselling team.
