Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Change Manager to lead organizational change initiatives for enterprise technology transformations. The role requires expertise in Change Management, ADKAR Methodology, Stakeholder Engagement, and Communication Strategy to drive successful adoption and business outcomes.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and executing change strategies, ensuring alignment across business units, and enabling smooth transitions through effective Training & Enablement, Organizational Change, and Technology Adoption practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in Communications, Business, Organizational Development, Information Technology, or related field
  • Strong expertise in ADKAR Methodology and Change Management frameworks
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven experience in Stakeholder Engagement and influencing leadership
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in defining adoption KPIs
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, SharePoint)

Experience

  • 3 5 years of experience in Change Management, preferably supporting technology initiatives
  • Experience in enterprise or large-scale transformation programs
  • Hands-on experience with Technology Adoption and Organizational Change initiatives
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow and ITSM tools is preferred
  • Experience working in matrixed and cross-functional environments
