Role Description

Senior .NET Developer with a passion for developing market-leading products. As part of a product team, you will use your experienced CMS and .NET software development skills to add large features, solve bugs, address technical debt, improve how we work, and ultimately deliver valuable, high-quality software to customers.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver large, clean, and maintainable features.
• Resolve complex end-to-end issues and define new technical approaches where applicable.
• Create automated test approaches and strategies to maintain quality standards.
• Lead code reviews with emphasis on non-functional requirements and adherence to architectural principles.
• Take ownership of security assessments and ensure best practice security techniques are followed.
• Work with Continuous Integration, Continuous Deployment, and release strategies.
• Analyze, debug, and solve highly complex problems.
• Consider all relevant factors when deciding technical approaches.
• Work effectively within Agile teams.
• Report progress and results during daily stand-up meetings.
• Research new technologies and present proposals to architects and management.
• Support QA and business acceptance testing activities.
• Recommend business solutions by evaluating in-house versus external alternatives.
• Maintain knowledge of corporate security procedures and policies.
• Prepare technical documentation and participate in code reviews.
• Work in a challenging environment with strong communication skills.
