Job description
We are seeking an experienced Patient Benefits Analyst with strong Revenue Cycle and Epic PB expertise to support patient coverage discovery, eligibility verification, and revenue optimization initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
Review coverage discovery for scheduled patient appointments and determine patient responsibility
Document insurance coverage accurately in Epic
Analyze trends in patient responsibility collections across multiple clinic locations
Recommend process improvements to optimize revenue collection and third-party reimbursements
Collaborate with clinical, operational, and revenue cycle leadership on coverage and billing-related initiatives

Required Qualifications:
Epic PB experience (Certification preferred)
RHIA, RHIT, or CPC Certification (Required)
Revenue Cycle experience including reporting, build, logic, claims adjudication, data analysis, and training
Experience with clearinghouse operations
Third-Party Coverage Discovery expertise
RTE (Real-Time Eligibility) Interpretation experience

Preferred Skills:
Strong analytical and reporting skills
Healthcare revenue cycle optimization experience
Knowledge of insurance verification and patient financial responsibility processes
