Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect who is willing to work onsite from the Workday office in Pleasanton, CA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end Salesforce solution architecture design and implementation

• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions

• Define system architecture, integration strategies, and data models

• Architect integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Middleware (MuleSoft), and external systems

• Provide technical leadership to development teams

• Design and implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices

• Ensure compliance with security, governance, and performance standards

• Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices

• Work closely with stakeholders, business teams, and cross-functional IT teams

Required Skills & Experience:

• 10+ years of IT experience with 6+ years in Salesforce architecture

• Strong expertise in:

  • Sales Cloud

  • Service Cloud

  • Experience Cloud

  • Lightning Web Components (LWC)

  • Apex, Triggers, SOQL, SOSL

• Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST, SOAP, Platform Events)

• Strong knowledge of Salesforce data modeling and security architecture

• Experience with DevOps tools (Azure DevOps / Git / Copado / Gearset)

• Experience working in enterprise environments

• Salesforce Architect certifications preferred:

  • Application Architect

  • System Architect

  • CTA (Good to have)
