·                Must have worked in a scaled agile SAFe environment < if they can''t tell you the difference between SAFe and Traditional Agile, don’t send. If they think SAFe and Traditional Agile are the same, DO NOT SEND.
o        If they have a SAFe Cert that would be ideal
·                Full stack Java with Angular front end, but, can be heavier backend with some angular if necessary
·                Amazon Q (nice to have)
·                Gitlab experience required
·                GraphQL < new requirement
·                Senior or Lead experience – just needs to experience leading Jr devs
·                Should also have exp with AWS, Kafka, and Postgres
