Job Title: Project Coordinator

Compensation: $65000 - $75000 annually
Contractor Work Model: Onsite
Hours: Monday- Friday normal business hours
The Project Coordinator supports the Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) Department in advancing organizational performance, outcomes, and compliance across all divisions. This role assists in planning, coordinating, and implementing quality improvement projects, data analysis, reporting, and process improvement efforts. The Project Coordinator serves as a key liaison across departments, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with regulatory and accreditation standards.
Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination & Administrative Support
- Coordinate and track CQI projects, timelines, deliverables, and milestones to ensure successful completion.
- Facilitate communication between departments, leadership, and project stakeholders.
- Schedule and support meetings, including preparing agendas, taking notes, and tracking follow-up items.
- Maintain organized documentation, project files, and CQI dashboards.
Quality Improvement & Process Support
- Assist in implementing CQI initiatives, including Plan Do Study Act (PDSA) cycles, workflow improvements, and corrective action plans.
- Support program teams in identifying improvement opportunities based on data trends, audits, and feedback.
- Help develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process maps as needed.
Data Collection, Analysis & Reporting
- Gather, validate, and analyze data related to performance measures, compliance indicators, and service outcomes.
- Prepare reports, summaries, charts, and visualizations for internal stakeholders and leadership.
- Monitor quality metrics and help maintain dashboards used for accreditation, grants, and internal reviews.
Compliance & Accreditation Support
- Assist with preparation for regulatory audits and accreditation activities
- Track deadlines, document submissions, and compliance requirements across the organization.
- Support incident review processes, peer reviews, and program evaluations.
Training & Staff Support
- Support the development and rollout of quality improvement training materials and staff education sessions.
- Assist departments in understanding and using CQI tools, templates, and data systems.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Teams, Word, PowerPoint) or equivalent tools.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
Preferred:
- Experience in a behavioral health, healthcare, or nonprofit setting.
- Familiarity with Continuous Quality Improvement methodologies (e.g., PDSA, Lean, Six Sigma).
- Experience with data reporting systems (EHR dashboards, Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
