Job Summary for Business Systems Analyst (IVR Experience)
- Position: Business Systems Analyst (with IVR Experience)
- Location: Newark, NJ (local candidates only; full onsite from Day 1)
- Visa Requirement:
- Experience Required: 8+ years

Key Responsibilities:
- Modernize IVR flows into customer-centric, adaptive, AI-powered conversational journeys.
- Translate business needs into agentic AI-focused requirements for IVR systems.
- Evaluate business processes, identify improvement areas, and ensure strategic alignment.
- Develop actionable business intelligence and analytics for decision-making.
- Lead business process reviews and develop optimization strategies.
- Implement data governance, management, and quality programs.
- Model and implement business processes for IVR solutions.
- Foster continuous improvement and excellence within teams.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience redesigning IVR systems and leveraging AI in voice channel self-service.
- Experience working in an Agile environment.
- Strong analytical skills and data modeling proficiency.
- BA/BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Ability to manage complex projects in fast-paced settings.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Preferred/Bonus Skills:
- Expertise in insurance financial engines and regulatory compliance.
- Knowledge of SQL, databases, and analytical/reporting tools (e.g., PowerBI, Tableau).
