Global Program Manager - VMS Implementation & Workforce Programs

We are seeking an experienced Global Program Manager to lead a large-scale VMS implementation across 24 countries. This role will drive global program execution, stakeholder engagement, reporting strategy, and vendor management initiatives. The ideal candidate brings strong expertise in Power BI, advanced Excel, VMS platforms, and global workforce programs, along with the ability to influence executive stakeholders and support complex international implementations.

This is an excellent opportunity for a project/program leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and has experience supporting contingent workforce, supplier governance, and MSP-related initiatives on a global scale.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a global VMS implementation initiative spanning 24 countries.
  • Manage large-scale program plans, timelines, deliverables, risks, and dependencies.
  • Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, KPI reporting, and executive-level program metrics.
  • Utilize advanced Excel for reporting, analytics, data validation, forecasting, and program insights.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders, vendors, suppliers, and business leaders to ensure successful program execution.
  • Present project updates, metrics, risks, and recommendations to Director and VP-level stakeholders.
  • Support vendor governance, supplier performance management, and contingent workforce initiatives.
  • Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies across global programs.
  • Maintain project documentation, reporting repositories, and collaboration sites within SharePoint.
  • Coordinate activities across global teams, including support of Europe and APAC time zones when required.
  • Apply Agile principles and project management best practices to deliver successful outcomes.


Requirements

Must-Have Qualifications
  • Strong experience in Program Management and Project Management within enterprise environments.
  • Hands-on experience with Power BI, including dashboard creation and KPI reporting.
  • Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, reporting, data analysis, and data management.
  • Experience with Vendor Management Systems (VMS) such as VNDLY, SAP Fieldglass, Beeline, Coupa, or similar platforms.
  • Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills with experience interacting with senior leadership.
  • Experience supporting vendor management, supplier governance, contingent workforce programs, or MSP environments.
  • Experience managing global initiatives and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Flexibility to support global teams across Europe and APAC as business needs require.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications
  • Experience with Workday VNDLY implementations.
  • SAP Fieldglass, Beeline, or other workforce management platform experience.
  • Global implementation experience across multiple countries.
  • Agile certifications or extensive Agile delivery experience.
  • SQL knowledge for reporting, analytics, or data validation.
  • PMP certification.
