Software Engineer – Full Stack (AWS Infrastructure & DevOps)
Experience
8–10 years of hands-on software engineering experience
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Full Stack Software Engineer with strong expertise in Java, AWS Infrastructure, Terraform, DevOps, and modern software development. This is a hands-on Individual Contributor (IC) role focused on designing, building, automating, and supporting cloud-native applications and infrastructure in a fast-paced engineering environment.
The ideal candidate is a builder who enjoys working across the full technology stack—from cloud infrastructure and Kubernetes platforms to backend services and front-end applications. This role requires strong technical ownership, AI-assisted development experience, and the ability to deliver high-quality solutions with minimal supervision.
Cloud & Infrastructure Engineering
- Design, develop, and maintain Terraform modules and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) solutions.
- Build and manage cloud infrastructure across multi-account and multi-region AWS environments.
- Execute and troubleshoot Terraform deployments through Terraform Enterprise (TFE) workspaces.
- Support networking, compute, database, and containerized infrastructure platforms.
DevOps & Platform Engineering
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Spinnaker, and related automation tools.
- Implement deployment automation, release processes, and infrastructure governance standards.
- Troubleshoot infrastructure, Kubernetes, policy, and deployment-related issues.
- Support containerized workloads running on Kubernetes platforms.
Software Development
- Develop and maintain backend applications and microservices using Java (Spring Boot).
- Build and enhance front-end applications using React, Next.js, or modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Design, develop, and support RESTful APIs and distributed microservices.
- Deliver end-to-end features spanning UI, backend services, APIs, and infrastructure components.
AI-Augmented Engineering
- Utilize AI-powered development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, Windsurf, or similar solutions.
- Review, validate, optimize, and deploy AI-generated code and infrastructure artifacts.
- Participate in AI-assisted, specification-driven development workflows.
