Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior UI Developer with over 10 years of experience to join our team in Quincy, MA. In this role, you will design, build, and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate is a technical leader who can define architectural standards, mentor developers, and collaborate closely with backend teams to ensure code quality, security, and optimal performance.

Note: This is an onsite position starting Day 1. Candidates must be willing to work from the Quincy, MA office.

Key Responsibilities

Architecture & Development: Design and build scalable, high-performance web applications using React.js, TypeScript, and modern front-end tools.
Technical Leadership: Define architectural standards and lead technical strategy for front-end development.
Mentorship: Mentor junior and mid-level developers, conducting code reviews and fostering best practices.
Collaboration: Work closely with backend teams to ensure seamless integration, security, and optimal application performance.
Quality Assurance: Ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to security standards throughout the development lifecycle.
Hands-On Coding: Maintain significant hands-on experience in React architecture and implementation.

Required Qualifications

Experience: 10+ years of total experience in UI Development.
Tech Stack: Expert-level knowledge of React.js and TypeScript.
Architecture: Proven track record of designing scalable React architectures for enterprise-level applications.
Leadership: Experience leading technical strategy and mentoring development teams.
Location: Must be local to Quincy, MA or willing to relocate/commute for onsite work from Day 1.
