Summary

Job Title: Scrum Master P&C Insurance

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master with Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance domain expertise to lead Agile delivery teams supporting underwriting, policy administration, claims, and billing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives).
Coach teams on Agile best practices and ensure sprint delivery.
Remove impediments and manage cross-team dependencies.
Partner with Product Owner on backlog refinement and prioritization.
Track sprint metrics (velocity, burndown, cycle time).
Coordinate with business, QA, and technology teams.

Required Skills:

5+ years of Scrum Master experience.
3+ years in Property & Casualty insurance domain.
Strong understanding of underwriting, claims, policy lifecycle, and billing.
Experience with JIRA/Azure DevOps.
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum (SAFe preferred).
