Guidewire ClaimCenter Integration Lead

• Lead Guidewire ClaimCenter integration and configuration initiatives.
• Work on new Guidewire integration and configuration enhancements independently from Day 1.
• Participate in daily Scrum meetings and collaborate with Product Owners / DPOs and other stakeholders.
• Gather and analyze business and technical requirements.
• Translate requirements into technical solutions and integration designs.
• Develop solution designs and present them to architects for review and approval.
• Develop, configure, test, and implement Guidewire solutions.
• Take complete ownership of onshore and offshore delivery.
• Assign and coordinate development activities with offshore teams.
• Participate in daily offshore handoff and coordination calls.
• Review offshore deliverables and ensure adherence to technical standards.
• Troubleshoot integration and application issues and provide effective solutions.
• Collaborate with architects, business teams, developers, QA, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of Guidewire enhancements.
• Apply Guidewire best practices for integration, configuration, performance, security, and maintainability.

Essential Skills

• 10+ years of Guidewire experience, with strong focus on ClaimCenter.
• 5+ years of Guidewire Integration experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Guidewire ClaimCenter configuration and integration.
• Strong experience with Guidewire Cloud and InsuranceSuite.
• Experience with Guidewire integration enhancements and development.
• Strong Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance domain knowledge.
• Experience across the Claims lifecycle, including:
• First Notice of Loss (FNOL)
• Claims
• Exposure
• Financials
• WorkPlans
• Activities
• Vendor Integrations
• Ability to analyze requirements and independently develop technical designs and solutions.
• Experience leading/coordinating onshore and offshore development teams.

Certifications

• Guidewire Associate Developer Certification – Required/Preferred
• Guidewire ACE Certification – Preferred
