We are looking for Research Technician for our client in Miramar, FL
Job Title: Research Technician
Job Location: Miramar, FL
Job Type: Contract
Job Overview:
  • Support clinical research activities by assisting in the execution of clinical trials and ensuring compliance with protocols and regulatory standards.
  • Ensure participant safety, accurate data collection, and efficient clinical operations.
  • Provide administrative and operational support within a clinical research environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct procedures in compliance with study protocols, Good Clinical Practice (Google Cloud Platform), SOPs, and QA/QC standards.
  • Assist in the execution and coordination of clinical trials.
  • Monitor and ensure the safety and well-being of study participants.
  • Collect clinical data including vital signs, ECGs, and telemetry readings.
  • Perform or assist with phlebotomy and IV catheter insertion (or learn as required).
  • Maintain accurate documentation and support regulatory compliance.
  • Provide administrative and operational support for clinical research activities.
  • Manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Phlebotomist certification required.
  • 1 2 years of experience in a clinical or healthcare environment.
  • Ability to obtain vital signs and perform ECGs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with telemetry and IV catheter insertion.
  • Prior experience supporting clinical trials or research studies.
