Summary

Summary:

Seeking a Full-Stack Java Developer to develop, enhance, and maintain internal AI-powered tools. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with React, Java, and Node.js, along with exposure to AI-assisted development tools. This position will focus approximately 60% on front-end development and 40% on back-end development.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Full-Stack Development:

  • Maintain and enhance existing internal applications.
  • Develop new features using React, Java, and Node.js.
  • Build and support internal AI-powered tools.
  • Work approximately 60% on front-end development and 40% on back-end development.
  • Support data processing and retrieval functionality within the application.
  • Use AI tools to enhance code, streamline deployment, and generate new features.
  • Evaluate available AI technologies and identify opportunities to improve existing tools.
  • Collaborate with team members to translate requirements into reliable, high-quality applications.
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing application maintenance.

 

Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Full-Stack Developer.
  • Strong proficiency in React and Java.
  • Professional experience with Node.js.
  • Experience developing and maintaining web applications.
  • Understanding of front-end and back-end application architecture.
  • Experience working with data processing and retrieval functionality.
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Ability to maintain existing tools while developing new features.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

 

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience creating, integrating, or using AI-powered tools.
  • Familiarity with AI coding assistants and development tools.
  • Experience using AI to enhance code, deployment processes, or feature development.
  • Exposure to multiple AI tools and the ability to evaluate their capabilities.
  • Experience with Java frameworks such as Spring Boot is beneficial but not required.

 

Location: Cupertino, CA

Duration: 12+ months

Pay: $50/hr - $60/hr (DOE)
