Job Description:
Microsoft Power Platform Developer (Power Apps / Power Automate / SharePoint / Power BI / Copilot Studio)
Role Summary:
We are seeking a Power Platform Developer to design, build, and support business process applications using Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate. The role will partner closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions leveraging SharePoint data models/lists, Power BI reporting, and Copilot Studio to enable Generative AI-driven workflow enhancements. Experience supporting solutions in a pharmaceutical/life sciences environment is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and enhance business process applications using Power Apps (Canvas/Model-driven as applicable).
Build and maintain SharePoint-based data models, lists, and structures to support application functionality and data integrity.
Develop, publish, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights for leadership and business teams.
Implement workflow automation and process improvements using Power Automate.
Create and deploy Copilot Studio solutions to support Generative AI use cases and improve user experience/efficiency.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, document user stories, and translate needs into Power Platform architectures and technical solutions.
Support application deployment, versioning, updates, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement throughout the solution lifecycle.
Ensure solutions follow governance, security, and compliance standards; align with organizational best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Hands-on experience developing solutions with Power Apps and Power Automate.
Strong working knowledge of SharePoint (lists, permissions, data structures) for app back-end creation and maintenance.
Proven ability to create Power BI reports/dashboards, including data modeling and visualization best practices.
Experience implementing automation and workflow enhancements across business functions.
Requirement gathering and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to convert business needs into technical deliverables
Education: At least a bachelor s degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software/Electronics Engineering, Information Systems, or a closely related field is required for the project
