Business System Analyst (Integration)

🌟 About the Role

We are expanding our high-impact AI initiative, and we need an Integration Business Systems Analyst (IBSA) to serve as the dedicated technical engine behind our integration ecosystem. In this role, you won't just sit in meetings or write specs—you'll get your hands dirty building, configuring, fine-tuning, and stabilizing endpoints and data flows across core internal systems, cloud platforms, and third-party vendors.

As the primary link between business owners, data engineering, solution architects, and external vendor technical teams, you’ll solve data latency and quality challenges while building robust pipelines for advanced AI applications.

💡 What You'll Do

• End-to-End Delivery: Gather and challenge integration requirements, write interface specifications, source-to-target field mappings, data dictionaries, and data contracts.

• Build & Test Integrations: Work hands-on with REST/SOAP APIs, webhooks, message queues, and secure file transfers.

• Drive AI & High-Volume Data Ingestion: Support pipelines for contact center voice records, call transcripts, customer service case data, embeddings, and vector stores.

• Troubleshoot & Stabilize: Profile, compare, and reconcile complex data sets using strong SQL skills. Fine-tune production interfaces to fix latency, error handling, and data quality issues.

• Process & Architecture Mapping: Map as-is and to-be process flows and data flow diagrams, ensuring visibility into where every data element originates and transforms.

• Vendor & Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with third-party technical teams on schema/endpoint updates and lead cross-functional alignment.

• Experience building data pipelines for AI, analytics, LLM applications, or speech-to-text transcripts.

• Hands-on experience with cloud data platforms like Snowflake.

• Scripting ability for data transformations and automated test harnesses.

• Prior consulting background or experience in consumer products/retail/health & beauty.
