Job Description:
Skilled Cloud Automation Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to drive operational excellence, reliability, automation, and cloud transformation initiatives across enterprise environments.
The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in AWS/Azure cloud platforms, Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD pipelines, observability, and automation-first operations.
This role requires a blend of software engineering, infrastructure automation, cloud operations, and production support capabilities to ensure highly available, resilient, and scalable services.
Drive improvements in service reliability, availability, and performance.
Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA), post-incident reviews, and problem management activities.
Reduce MTTR through automation and self-healing solutions.
Cloud Operations & Platform Engineering:
Manage and support AWS and/or Azure cloud platforms.
Design highly available and scalable cloud-native architectures.
Perform capacity planning, performance tuning, and cloud optimization.
Implement disaster recovery and business continuity strategies.
Automation & DevOps:
Able to develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform.
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab.
Automate provisioning, deployments, monitoring, patching, and operational tasks.
Implement Gitops practices using Argo CD or similar technologies.
Monitoring & Observability
Implement enterprise monitoring solutions.
Configure dashboards, alerts, and automated remediation.
Analyze logs, metrics, and traces to identify proactive improvements.
Establish application and infrastructure observability standards.
