Job Summary:

We are looking for a Dynamics 365 Technical Consultant with strong hands-on experience in building complex customizations and integrations. The ideal candidate should have expertise in creating entities, relationships, and web resources, and developing robust integrations with third-party systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement complex customizations in Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Create and manage entities, relationships, forms, views, and web resources
• Develop and deploy plugins, workflows, and business rules
• Perform Ribbon customization and Portal development
• Build and maintain integrations using APIs and web services
• Develop interfaces between CRM systems and third-party applications
• Write and maintain code using .NET (C#) and JavaScript
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance existing CRM implementations
• Collaborate with functional teams for requirement gathering and solution design

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CE / CRM
• Experience in Plugins & Custom Workflows
• Proficiency in .NET (C#) and JavaScript
• Experience with Power Apps Portals / Dynamics 365 Portals
• Ribbon customization experience
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs integration
• Strong understanding of CRM architecture and SDK
