The Work:

The .NET/React Full Stack Developer, SME, will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality web applications and services. With a deep understanding of both front-end and back-end development frameworks, you will be responsible for creating seamless, efficient, and scalable solutions to deliver an exceptional user experience. Working closely with cross-functional teams-including designers, product managers, and developers, you will engage in the full software development lifecycle: from initial concepts and design to testing and deployment.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Build, enhance, and maintain web applications based on the ASP.NET framework, Entity Framework, and SQL Server.
Develop and maintain front-end components using React, TypeScript, JavaScript, Node.js, and HTML5/CSS3.
Design and implement scalable and reusable components for both the front-end and back-end.
Develop APIs with architectural styles such as REST, leveraging best practices like Dependency Injection.
Ensure applications are high-performing, secure, and responsive while offering an exceptional user experience.
Work closely with designers, product managers, and other developers to define, design, and implement new features.
Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code in adherence to industry standards and internal best practices.
Conduct thorough unit, integration, and system testing to ensure application quality and functionality.
Proactively identify and address bugs or technical issues, ensuring minimal downtime for users.
Participate in code reviews, offering constructive feedback to peers to improve software quality.
Utilize Git/GitLab for source control and manage code repositories efficiently.
Collaborate with Agile/Scrum methodologies to ensure timely delivery of features and enhancements.

Qualifications

Qualifications - Here's What You Need:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
At least 8 years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
Proficiency in ASP.NET framework, .NET languages (e.g., C#, ADO.NET, EF), and Entity Framework.
Strong knowledge of SQL Server and modern application architecture patterns (e.g., REST APIs).
Hands-on experience with React, TypeScript, JavaScript, Node.js, and web development technologies.
Strong understanding of front-end and back-end software design patterns.
Proficient in writing reusable and maintainable code with a focus on performance and scalability.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate within teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Effective problem-solving skills and excellent attention to detail.
Active Top Secret Security Clearance.
Must be able to pass a background check. May require additional background checks as required by projects and/or clients at any time during employment.

Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with high-level attention to detail.

Must be self-motivated and able to work well independently as well as on a multi-functional team.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
Proficient in MS Office, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Preferred Qualifications:

Advanced experience with front-end frameworks such as React.
Familiarity with cloud platforms, such as AWS or Azure, and their related ecosystems.
Knowledge of Object Relational Mappers like Entity Framework, along with database design (SQL and NoSQL).
Hands-on experience with DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and GitLab CI/CD workflows.
Professional certifications in .NET development or cloud computing technologies.
Exposure to and experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment to deliver iterative software solutions.

Working Conditions:

Professional office environment, with the ability to work onsite in the main office.
