Job Description:-

Our client is looking for Sr. Oracle HCM Architect.

Functional & Technical Leadership:-

Act as subject matter expert for core HCM modules such as:

Core HR

Compensation

Talent Management

Benefits

Payroll

Absence Management

Recruiting

Translate business requirements into technical and functional solutions.

Provide hands-on configuration guidance when required.

Required Qualifications:-

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, HRIS, or related field.

8–12+ years of experience in HCM implementations.

5+ years working with Oracle HCM Cloud.

Experience leading at least 2–3 full lifecycle Oracle HCM implementations.
