In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:You will lead the development of digital asset and tokenization solutions, combining deep technical expertise with product leadership to support the strategic innovation agenda.
- Lead product strategy by owning and evolving the roadmap for digital asset infrastructure, tokenization capabilities, and blockchain-enabled financial market solutions.
- Drive innovation and R&D across blockchain scalability, confidentiality, interoperability, and settlement optimisation, including Layer 2 capabilities and zero-knowledge technologies.
- Build institutional-grade solutions that support tokenized assets, digital cash, smart contracts, and regulated transaction flows.
- Advance settlement capabilities by developing solutions that support Delivery versus Payment (DvP), Payment versus Payment (PvP), and next-generation settlement models.
- Support interoperability initiatives that improve connectivity across blockchain platforms, counterparties, and market infrastructures.
- Partner across engineering, architecture, risk, legal, compliance, operations, and business teams to bring innovative solutions into production.
- Enhance client connectivity through market-standard integrations, including FIX and cross-border messaging frameworks such as CBPR+.
- Lead technical product delivery by translating complex technical concepts into clear product requirements, priorities, and implementation plans.
- Influence industry direction through contributions to standards, interoperability frameworks, and emerging practices in digital asset infrastructure.
- Develop future capabilities by exploring AI-assisted engineering and emerging technologies to improve product development and engineering productivity.

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:EDUCATION- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
- Advanced degree preferred.
EXPERIENCE- Significant experience in software engineering, blockchain platforms, and digital asset solution design.
- Strong experience in technical product management and roadmap ownership.
- Expertise in Ethereum, Solidity, and smart contract development.
- Experience with tokenization, blockchain settlement, and institutional digital asset workflows.
- Knowledge of zero-knowledge proofs, Layer 2 scaling, and confidentiality solutions.
- Experience with cross-chain interoperability and distributed systems architecture.
- Understanding of RTGS, settlement systems, and financial market infrastructure.
- Experience delivering solutions in banking or highly regulated financial services environments.
- Familiarity with FIX integration, CBPR+, and market connectivity standards.
- Experience leading R&D, innovation initiatives, and cross-functional product delivery.
- Exposure to AI-assisted engineering, LLM-enabled development, or modern engineering acceleration practices is a plus.
