Required:

        •       5+ years of Jira Data Center system admin experience at enterprise level scale.
        •       2+ years of Jira Cloud system admin experience at enterprise level scale.
        •       Hands-on Jira Cloud prep and migration experience.
        •       Growing knowledge and passion for AI systems.
        •       Accountability for both front-end and back-end-related technical challenges in the enterprise data center environment.
        •       Excellent troubleshooting, debugging, problem-solving and analytical skills.
        •       Proficiency with RedHat Linux system administration and programming.
        •       Fluency with Java, scripting languages, Oracle and SQL databases.
        •       Working knowledge of Atlassian products, GitHub, orchestration tools.
        •       Experience with tool integrations on the enterprise level, like Jira and GitHub.
        •       Customer support mindset with ability to communicate complex engineering initiatives to programmers and non-technical users.


Nice to Have:
        •       Exposure to Confluence Cloud, Confluence Cloud migration experience.
        •       AWS knowledge or similar experience with other public cloud offerings.

Role Descriptions: -Expertise in CICD toolchains (Jenkins| Github| CI).-Proficiency in container orchestration systems (Kubernetes| Docker).-Strong background in cloud services (AWS| ISCloud).-Skilled in infrastructure as code (IaC).-Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus| Grafana| ELK)-Scripting languages Shell| Python| Groovy.-Develop| maintain| and improve the CICD process for applications across multiple platforms.-Collaborate with development teams to integrate new deployment processes and strategies.-Monitor automated systems recovery solutions and ensure system security and stability.-Conduct system tests for security| performance| and availability.-Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.-communication and organizational abilities.
