Location: Nashville, TN 37246

Inspyr Solutions is seeking a Network Administrator in Nashville, TN 37246 to support and maintain the company s network infrastructure. This role offers the opportunity to work hands-on with enterprise networking technologies, voice systems, and security appliances in a dynamic, high-availability environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the implementation, operation, and maintenance of routers, switches, and network traffic load-balancing systems within the environment.
• Develop a deep understanding of network equipment lifecycle management.
• Partner with vendors providing connectivity and voice solutions, leveraging existing support agreements.
• Assist in managing firewalls and network security appliances.
• Provide support outside standard business hours (8 AM 5 PM) as needed, including participation in an on-call rotation.
• Perform break/fix services by responding to incidents through the ServiceNow ticketing system.
• Physically support infrastructure needs, including lifting (up to 40 lbs), racking, and stacking equipment, and working in various physical positions (standing, climbing, etc.).

Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in a related field.
• Foundational knowledge of:
• Routing and switching
• Firewalls
• Wireless LAN Controllers (WLC)
• QoS, VOIP, and load-balancing technologies
• Familiarity with routing protocols and troubleshooting within complex, secure networks.
• Basic experience with analog PBX systems and migrations to modern voice technologies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to participate in training programs and pursue relevant certifications.

Preferred / Desirable Experience & Education

• Industry certifications such as:
• CompTIA Network+
• CCNA, CCNP, or CCIE
• AWS Certified Advanced Networking
• Azure Network Engineer Associate
• Google IT Support or Google System Administrator
• Experience managing server operating systems (Windows and/or Linux).
• 4+ years of experience in a mid-size to large IT environment, ideally within infrastructure support.
• Hands-on experience implementing and supporting QoS in VOIP environments.
• Experience working with PBX/VOIP systems across multiple vendors (OEMs).
