Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst (Sr. BA) with strong experience in enterprise-scale BI reporting systems rationalization and cost optimization initiatives. This role will focus on analyzing, consolidating, and optimizing reporting platforms while supporting large-scale report migration efforts.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in BI tools, strong analytical capabilities, and excellent stakeholder communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide BI reporting systems rationalization initiatives
• Identify opportunities for cost optimization and platform consolidation
• Analyze existing reports and dashboards across platforms to eliminate redundancy and improve efficiency
• Drive report migration efforts between BI tools and reporting environments
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and align reporting strategies
• Document business requirements, technical specifications, and migration plans
• Support governance and standardization of reporting frameworks
• Provide impact analysis and recommendations for system improvements

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise environments
• Proven experience with BI Reporting Systems Rationalization at scale
• Strong hands-on experience with:
  • SAP Business Objects
  • Tableau
  • Alteryx
  • Advanced Excel
• Demonstrated experience with:
  • Cost optimization initiatives
  • Reporting consolidation
  • Report migration projects
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

• Experience working in large, complex enterprise organizations
• Background in BI governance and reporting strategy development
