Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced SAP ERP CALM Analyst with strong hands-on expertise in SAP Cloud ALM (CALM) and Signavio. The role focuses on setting up and structuring CALM to support business, IT, and system integration teams, along with documentation and process enablement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and configure SAP Cloud ALM (CALM) framework (not just end-user work)

• Maintain and optimize business processes in Signavio

• Create user stories from business/process objects

• Prepare and maintain process & training documentation

• Train business and IT stakeholders on CALM usage

• Work closely with functional and technical teams across SAP modules

• Lead requirement-to-deployment lifecycle activities

Required Skills:

• Strong experience with SAP Cloud ALM (CALM) setup/architecture

• Hands-on with Signavio

• SAP functional exposure (SD, MM, OTC, RTR, P2P, Finance, etc.)

• Azure DevOps experience

• Good understanding of SDLC

• Experience in SAP Support / Solution Manager / CALM Support roles

• Strong communication & stakeholder management

Nice to Have:

• Experience enabling system integrators and large SAP programs

• Background in SAP ERP transformation projects
