Claims processing (Pharmacy claims lifecycle)
Formulary management
Prior Authorization (PA)
Rebate management
Drug pricing (AWP, MAC, WAC)
Eligibility & benefits configuration

Functional / Business Skills:

Requirements gathering & analysis
Stakeholder communication
UAT support & business validation
Process improvement

Technical / Tools (add if applicable):

SQL (basic to intermediate)
Experience with PBM platforms (like RxClaim, Facets, QNXT, etc.)
Data analysis & reporting
