Job Description/ Responsibilities :

8+ years of ServiceNow experience

3+ years in a Solutions Architect or Lead Architect role

Hands-on implementation experience with:

o ServiceNow Contract Management (SPM / Vendor / Asset / Procurement) o Workflow automation & Service Catalog o Enterprise integrations

Design and implement ServiceNow Contract Management capabilities

including:

Contract Lifecycle Management

Contract request and intake workflows

Vendor and procurement contracts

Software and hardware contracts

Maintenance and subscription agreements

NDA and MSA tracking (without CMP)

Contract repository and document management

Contract approval workflows and legal reviews

Contract renewal and expiration management

Obligation and compliance tracking

Contract reporting and dashboards
