Role Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned Oracle HCM Cloud Lead Functional Consultant to drive full lifecycle HCM implementations and enhancements. The ideal candidate will lead core functional workstreams with hands-on expertise in Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Compensation modules of Oracle Cloud HCM. You will collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate business requirements into scalable Oracle HCM solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead Oracle Cloud HCM functional streams with deep expertise in Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Compensation.
Drive requirements gathering, business-to-system fit-gap analysis, and solution design.
Translate complex business needs into detailed Oracle configuration, validation rules, and approval workflows.
Develop functional design docs and configuration guides.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (integration, reporting, technical) to enable seamless system solutions.
Lead system configuration, user acceptance testing (UAT), and go-live support activities.
Act as primary point of contact for stakeholders to ensure alignment of HCM solutions with business strategy.
Facilitate workshops, design sessions, status reviews, and governance meetings.
Required Qualifications:
8+ years of hands-on Oracle Cloud HCM functional experience, including Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Compensation.
Proven full lifecycle implementation experience (minimum 2+ full projects preferred).
Strong understanding of Oracle HCM business processes and U.S. HR regulations as applicable.
Demonstrated leadership in onsite delivery and client engagement.
Experience with UAT planning and execution.
Excellent stakeholder management and team leadership skills.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Certification (Global HR / Payroll / Benefits / Compensation).
Exposure to other Oracle HCM cloud modules like Recruiting, OTL, Talent Management, Absence Management.
Experience with Oracle HCM Security model, HDL, Personalization, Fast Formulas.
Understanding of reporting tools such as BI Publisher and OTBI.
