Role Overview

Seeking an experienced SAP Concur Functional SME with hands-on experience implementing and configuring global Travel & Expense solutions across multiple countries. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP Concur expense policies, tax configurations, travel allowances, mileage programs, multi-currency environments, and complex approval workflows.

Required Skills

4 6+ years of SAP Concur functional experience
Hands-on experience with global/multi-country SAP Concur implementations
Expertise in:
- Expense Policy Configuration
- VAT/GST Setup and Compliance
- Travel & Expense Management
- Approval Workflow Design
- Multi-Currency Configuration
- Mileage Reimbursement Setup
- Travel Allowance (Per Diem) Configuration

Key Responsibilities

Configure and support expense policies across 19 countries spanning EMEA, APAC, and the Middle East
Set up and maintain VAT/GST configurations for multiple countries
Configure Travel Allowance/Per Diem policies, especially for Germany and Austria
Implement and manage country-specific mileage reimbursement rules
Support multi-currency environments with 8 primary and 20+ secondary currencies
Design and configure approval workflows, including:
- APAC-specific HR approval requirements
- Germany outsourced tax review processes
Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure compliance with local regulations and corporate policies
Support testing, deployment, and post-go-live activities

Must-Have Experience

SAP Concur Expense and Travel implementations
Global expense policy configuration
VAT/GST and international tax compliance
Multi-country rollout experience (EMEA/APAC/Middle East)
Workflow and approval process configuration
Currency and reimbursement policy management

Preferred Experience

Germany and Austria Travel Allowance configurations
APAC HR approval workflows
International payroll/tax integration exposure
Large-scale enterprise Concur deployments
