Job description and Key Skills & Experience Required
Excellent communication skills (critical), with strong admin- and client-facing interaction
Hands-on Privileged Access Management (PAM) implementation experience in enterprise environments
Strong understanding of access controls, MFA, compliance, and audit requirements
Experience with PAM tools such as CyberArk, BeyondTrust, and ManageEngine, including:
Credential vaulting and rotation
MFA for privileged access
Identifying and onboarding systems requiring PAM
Identity hygiene and Zero Trust alignment
Strong Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) experience with SailPoint IIQ (mandatory), including:
Hands-on SailPoint IIQ development (workflows, access models, certifications)
IGA lifecycle automation and access management controls
Designing scalable solutions to support onboarding of thousands of users
Technical Skills
Java coding (required)
Scripting using PowerShell and/or Python (plus)
Ability to translate business and security requirements into technical solutions
Experience working in an Agile environment
Exposure to SOC operations is a plus

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and modify Yaskawa robot programs based on project specs.
Diagnose and troubleshoot robotic issues.
Collaborate with engineering and production for system integration.
Perform system testing and validation.
Provide technical support and training to team members.
Maintain documentation for robotic systems and programming changes.
