Are you ready to take your career to the next level? We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Permanent Quality Engineer to join our team. You will be responsible for maintaining and improving our quality systems, conducting root cause analysis, implementing corrective actions, and ensuring compliance with industry standards such as AS9100, ISO 9001, and FAA regulations. Responsibilities:
As a Permanent Quality Engineer, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

1. Ensuring that our engineering processes comply with AS9100, ISO 9001, and FAA regulations.
2. Conducting thorough root cause analysis to identify issues affecting product quality.
3. Implementing effective corrective actions to prevent recurrence of product defects.
4. Utilizing Zeiss systems and optical comparators to inspect and validate product quality.
5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are met across all stages of product development.
6. Developing and maintaining quality documentation, including process maps, quality plans, and inspection reports.
7. Providing technical guidance and training to team members on quality-related matters.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for the Permanent Quality Engineer position should possess the following qualifications:

1. A bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a quality engineering role within the engineering industry.
3. Demonstrated expertise in AS9100, ISO 9001, FAA regulations, and other industry standards.
4. Proficiency in using Zeiss systems and optical comparators for quality control.
5. Strong experience in conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.
6. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
8. A continuous improvement mindset, with a commitment to enhancing quality and efficiency in all aspects of work.
