Job Description
We are seeking an Actimize Tech Lead / Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in leading architecture and end-to-end implementations of NICE Actimize platforms and a proven ability to build and mentor technical teams, establish engineering standards, and deliver scalable financial crime compliance solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Lead design, configuration, implementation, and upgrades of NICE Actimize components including ActOne/RCM, SAM, WL-X, and CDD-X.
- Define the technical roadmap for financial crime systems, ensuring scalable data ingestion and integration with upstream and downstream banking systems.
- Serve as SME on AIS development, visual model creation, policy customization, and threshold tuning.
- Establish coding standards, code reviews, CI/CD automation, and environment management controls for Actimize.
- Partner with talent acquisition to recruit Actimize developers, system administrators, and technical data analysts.
- Design and execute onboarding and training programs to upskill team members.
- Mentor the team, remove architectural blockers, and promote continuous learning and collaboration.
- Manage resource allocation, task assignments, and sprint planning while balancing project and operational work.
- Translate regulatory requirements from Compliance, FIU, and Model Risk Management into technical specifications.
- Collaborate with data and cloud teams to optimize ETL pipelines, indexing, and query performance across Oracle, MS SQL, or Snowflake.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Expertise with NICE Actimize platforms, including ActOne/RCM, SAM, WL-X, and CDD-X.
- Hands-on AIS development, model design, policy configuration, and threshold tuning.
- Strong knowledge of AML and Fraud operations and related regulatory frameworks.
- Proficiency with ETL pipelines, performance tuning, and databases such as Oracle, MS SQL, or Snowflake.
- Experience establishing engineering standards, CI/CD, and environment management for enterprise platforms.
- Demonstrated leadership in building and mentoring technical teams and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving abilities.
- [Experience level e.g., 8+ years in financial crime technology with 5+ years in Actimize].
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with cloud environments and DevOps toolchains for CI/CD and infrastructure automation.
- Prior work in Agile or Scrum settings leading multi-disciplinary teams.
