Job Title: Business Analyst
Location: Hybrid – Lansing, MI | onsite from day 1 and two days a week (Wednesdays and Thursdays are required onsite days.)
Interview: 1st round Virtual and 2nd round In-Person
Top Skills & Years of Experience:
- Minimum of 7 years conducting business process review and requirements elicitation and documentation to include process modeling
- Minimum of 5 years developing and/or managing user stories on Agile development project(s)
- Minimum of 2 years working directly with senior management in facilitating discussions to determine strategy, develop road maps and/or gain consensus to resolve opposing positions
- Minimum of 2 years working on projects developing/implementing IT solutions for public use
Clear and concise written and verbal communication is crucial to success and productivity in this role.
Required:
