Summary
Job Title: Sr. SAP FI/CO Consultant
Location: Chicago IL – Onsite - LOCALS
Duration: 12+ months Contract
Required: ECC to S/4 HANA rollout – manufacturing/automotive client. Must be in Chicago area with ability to travel to Danville, IL and Waukesha, WI. Implementation experience required.
Job Description
Essential Job Functions:
- Manage a team responsible for SAP package software application implementation through configuration and development
- Lead workshops to determine system requirements and document findings
- Lead projects, allocate resources, and ensure on-time delivery
- Configure FI, CO, and associated SAP modules
- Provide functional specifications for technical development
- Identify and address technical and operational challenges proactively
- Monitor and report on project progress and financial metrics
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and learning
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members
- Foster an environment of teamwork and effective communication
- Establish and maintain long-term executive relationships by performing billable advisory services
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor''s degree in a relevant field (i.e., Computer Science) or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 8+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 3+ years in a similar role years of relevant work experience in software engineering and management
- Proficiency in 1 or more software languages and development methodologies
- Proven experience in team management and software project execution
- Solid technical knowledge in package applications
- Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills
