Summary

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to support and enhance enterprise technology infrastructure environments. The ideal candidate will participate in high-level technical initiatives spanning business and technology, contribute to infrastructure upgrades, troubleshoot production issues, and ensure secure, stable operations. This role requires strong collaboration skills, technical troubleshooting expertise, and the ability to work in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead or participate in technical initiatives involving infrastructure systems and business operations.
  • Support and implement product and system upgrades.
  • Analyze business, application, and technical infrastructure requirements.
  • Design, test, debug, and document solutions using Agile development practices.
  • Monitor systems and applications using tools such as Grafana.
  • Troubleshoot production issues, identify root causes, and document incidents.
  • Contribute to risk and control processes, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Develop operational documentation, standards, and support procedures.
  • Collaborate with peers, managers, and cross-functional teams to resolve issues and achieve goals.
  • Assist in creating long-term solutions to prevent recurring technical problems.

Required Qualifications

  • 4+ years of Technology Infrastructure Engineering and Solutions experience, or equivalent combination of work experience, training, military experience, or education.
  • 6+ months of production support experience, including ticket handling, issue resolution, and vendor/customer coordination.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Good understanding of technology support processes and incident management.
  • Basic computer skills with the ability to navigate multiple applications and systems.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Desired Skills

  • Experience with HTTPS, SSH, and SSL protocols, including validating secure connections.
  • Knowledge of certificates and encrypted data transfer workflows.
  • Exposure to managed file transfer tools such as Axway SecureTransport, Connect/NDM, or SFTP platforms.
  • Basic networking knowledge including TCP/IP, ports, FTP/SFTP, and connectivity testing.
  • Ability to clearly communicate technical issues through tickets, reports, or documentation.
