Palantir Foundry Engineer (Remote)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Palantir Foundry Engineer. This role is Remote.

Summary:
We are seeking a Palantir Foundry Engineer to join an enterprise data and software engineering team. This role will focus on developing and integrating solutions within the Palantir Foundry platform, leveraging Python, TypeScript, Databricks, AWS, REST APIs, and modern data technologies.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Palantir Foundry development, data engineering, application development, and API integrations. Experience working with Palantir security concepts is also required.

What You'll Do:
* Develop and maintain solutions within the Palantir Foundry platform
* Build data and software solutions using Python, TypeScript, and modern development frameworks
* Develop REST APIs and integrations between enterprise applications and data platforms
* Work with Databricks, Snowflake, AWS, and other enterprise data technologies
* Apply Palantir security concepts and best practices throughout development
* Collaborate with software engineers, data engineers, architects, and business stakeholders
* Troubleshoot, enhance, and optimize existing applications and data solutions
* Contribute to a modern, scalable, and secure enterprise technology environment

REQUIREMENTS:
* 5+ years of professional software/data engineering experience
* 3-5 years of hands-on Palantir Foundry development experience
* 5+ years of Databricks experience
* Experience with Palantir Foundry security concepts
* Strong Python development experience, including Python for data analysis
* TypeScript development experience
* Experience developing and integrating REST APIs
* Experience working with microservices and modern application frameworks
* Experience with AWS
* Experience with Snowflake
* Experience with Apache Hive

Preferred Qualifications:
* Apache Kafka
* C#/.NET
* .NET Core
* Microsoft SQL Server
* Oracle
* Red Hat OpenShift
* Splunk

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
